It most likely: refers to an inactive Tuberculosis infection...in many areas of the world a quite common finding however 
your  Primary Care Provider might wish you to have additional testing and possibly some (preventative) medication!  Ask him/her!!

I assume: you are referring to a chest xray?  "Suspicous densities" is not very specific, but it sounds like you have abnormal findings(e.g. mass,nodule,infiltrate,scarring) that might require further evaluation with a CT scan or other tests.  Talk to your doc about what the results mean. No way to tell based on limited info how serious it might be.  Take care.

xray in 2019, result says suspicious densities are seen in right upper lobe, had an apicolordotic view and came out normal. xray in 2020 result is the same this time left upper lobe, apicolordotic result normal again. no history of lung desease?

: Did you have a TB skin test and was it negative? Densities in the upper lobes are suspicious for TB, inactive or active, but normal apicolordotic views are reassuring. In females sometimes long hair causes upper lobe densities which would be artifacts. If you still have concerns, consult a pulmonologist &amp;he/she will advise you about further testing like chest CT scan,etc.

Do they give a size: for the "subpleural nodular density"?  There are a litany of potential causes, from chronic to acute, from inflammatory to neoplastic, from no concern to worrisome.  More specific info on the nodule and any relevant clinical history would help narrow it down.

: The wording indicated evidence of abnormal findings in the left upper lung and requests a different x-ray to study that area, The location suggests infection by tuberculosis. X-ray findings there do not reveal the true nature of the cause or if the infection is contagious.

: They are very small-too small to biopsy. Often, these end up being inflammatory nodules that will go away; sometimes new ones will appear. If you are smoking, you should quit ASAP. These will need to be followed so you should probably be re-scanned in about 3 months or so. If they haven’t changed, then the scan occurs again 6 months later and then a year after that, if there are no changes.
