today the pharmacist give me clotrimazole cream usp1%w/w.
is that same??

Moisturizer: I am a strong advocate on using non-scented soap and moisturizer after( preferably daily) bathing. Have you tried these?  As for the cream, the former two are cortisone the clotrimazole is for fungal infection- they are totally different.  See a dermatologist if the above measures did not work for you.

No, but Surfaz SN: Does contain a steroid among other things.  It is a topical medication containing 3 components: a steroid, an antifungal agent and an antibacterial agent (betamethasone, Clotrimazole and neomycin respectively).

can i use surfaz-sn cream on eczema on the top of my bottom and lower lips on my face?

No: This is a terrible choice for anything on the face. The anti fungal component is not of any use for eczema. The neomycin is a useless aminoglycocide which should never be used on skin because it causes so many allergic reactions. The betamethasone is a potent cortisone which may cause perioral dermatitis and carries a risk of glaucoma+ cataracts if used on the face. Best is a calcineurin inhibitor

Besides meds, keep skin clean &amp; avoid makeup

: The failure of a good treatment often means the diagnosis is in error. There are many things that mimic ringworm. A visit /examination is likely necessary to find a way to remove the mark.

: Those would be very unusual areas to get a yeast infection, which raises the question as to whether your diagnosis is correct. You should consult a dermatologist to look at this and who can then better advise you about appropriate treatment.

teaspoon white discharge kinda smells with burning sensation when i touch my vagina it's been 3 months now after my partner fingered me. i have tried clotrimazole cream/peasant but it doesn't work maybe it's bv but not sure. should i take bv meds?

: You can do it as a therapeutic trial but a pelvic exam and vaginal smear by a GYN doctor are preferred if feasible.
