i have a new surface piercing on my stomach. the piercing balls are sinking into the skin and creating a whole. what to do?

Piercing issues: It sounds as if the pressure from the ball is eroding into the skin.  The pressure impress blood flow causing the skin to die. I would change it to something else or bend it if possible.  If all else fails just remove it.  You wouldn't want to end up with wounds, infection, or permanent scarring.

i have around 12 small separate spots spread around my pubic area, groin and stomach. they are a tad itchy and hard on the surface. herpes? warts?

Depends on virus: Most viruses are inactivated by the drying that occurs on surfaces. Some may remain active for more than a day, but all will eventually die off.
