Don't use: Raspberry ketones are a scam. There is no good science to support their use. The most definitive way to lose weight is to eliminate products containing any white sugar, white flour, white rice, pasta (other than whole wheat) and bread (other than sprouted bread) from your diet.  There are no short-cuts to losing weight.

This : This supplement has not been under intensive regulation and review, therefore there is limited information on it's safety, potential drug interactions, and contraindications. Perhaps ask your doctor if he/she is oppossed to you taking it, and consider a more strict monitoring of your blood sugar, electrolytes, etc. While on it. This would be the only way i think a trial would be ok, under the close surveillance of your doctor. In the meantime, focus on diet and exercise and maybe enlist the help of a nutritionist and personal trainer.

Typically doctors don't discourage their patients regarding taking supplements, however they warn them of unknown side effects and interactions. You should also pose this question to your doctor. Lastly, consider a visit with a nutritionist to go establish a weight loss plan.

Healthy eating: Very few dietary supplements have been shown to make any difference with weight loss. A better option is to work on diet and exercise. Make half your meal vegetables and fruits. Go for variety. And keep in mind that potatoes and french fries dont count. choose whole grains & limit refined grains. pick the healthiest sources of protein. Drink lots of water. Stay active.
