Smoking cessation: Your body will clear the carbon monoxide itself, but the process is slow (weeks) since the binding of carbon monoxide to the hemoglobin molecule is so tight. The best thing you can do is to exercise which will increase the oxygen in your circulation, which will displace the carbon monoxide.

Not necessarily: Iron helps only if you have an iron-deficiency anemia, with a low hemoglobin count that rises if you replenish iron. If you have normal hemogloblin, iron supplements can only cause side effects (stomach pain, black stools, and worse if you overdose).

Why would you: think that dysautonomia would cause resting shortness of breath? That does not make sense physiologically. Exercise will not increase the blood oxygen level long term.

Anemia means: Low hemoglobin, low oxygen carrrying capacity.  So, higher fio2 or exercise could increase dissolved o2, without increasing adequate delivery to your organs...If not, we would have no need for blood.

Oxygen in blood: The oxygen in your blood is linked to the concentration of red cells in your blood.  If you are anemic, that is what is going to limit your oxygenation, not how much you exercise.  Being healthier may improve your anemia.  If you exercise more, you may signal your body to tell your bone marrow to make more blood.

More delivered: Anemia ultimately limits oxygen delivery to the tissues.  Exercise increases need for oxygen to the tissues.  This discrepancy will likely cause more erythropoietin to be released. This cause red blood cell production.  Your body will try to make more red blood cells.  The overall o2 level in the blood will be the same;just more rbcs to carry oxygen.  Your anemia may affect this process though.

Usually Not: Hyperbaric oxygen does not usually raise ones blood pressure.  If your blood pressure is above normal than it is usually due to some other condition.  See your family physician to discuss this.

Try supplements : This is low enough to likely cause a variety of problems either currently or in the near future. Unless you're following a vegan diet you're likely getting adequate B12 in your diet so you likely have trouble absorbing it.
