Adjunct only : The claims about green tea are based on Petri dish work. I think it's rubbish. You will pee out any folic acid beyond that your body needs. HPV is ubiquitous but if you have dysphasia and do not comply with treatment that is essentially 100% effective if done on time, it can cost you your life. Be discerning and good luck.

No: One does not want to just "boost" an immune system. Bad things happen when one's immune response is too little (can get infections, and die from serious ones). Bad things happen when one's immune response is too much (can get auto-immune disorders, where one's own immune system attacks oneself). Life is about balance. Exercise, a healthy diet, and approved supplements are fine, but don't stop HPV.

I doubt it: Claims that particular vitamins / minerals "strengthen the immune system" are created by advertisers with little or no real science.  Anyone who believes miracle claims for decaffeinated green tea is reading uncritically. I hope you will manage hpv scientifically; it's a real danger to life if ignored but can almost always be dealt with by today's evidence-based medicine. Thanks for asking.

Not much you can do: Warts and pap abnormalities can be treated to speed clearance. Even without treatment, almost all HPV infections are cleared by the immune system, although it can take several months or up to a couple of years. (HPV DNA may persist longer, but not active infection.) Smoking may delay clearance. Staying generally healthy and not smoking may help, but otherwise nothing is known to help very much.

: Different from flus or other systemic viruses that enter your blood, HPV strains are surface dwellers. They enter and grow in superficial skin layers with minimal exposure to the bodies immune surveillance system. Most clear in 2 years. I am aware of people who have had HPV wart strains that persisted for decades. You can have them frozen/acid killed or lasered off.
