No: Unfortunately, no. This procedure is great to exfoliate the very superficial layer of skin but does not reach the deep layer where most markings are. Consider photo rejuvenation, chemical peels or prescription medications that penetrate to that layer.

Not likely: Scar formation from cuts and wounds of skin depends upon the depth of injury, specifically the damage to the deeper dermal layer of skin, as opposed to the superficial epidermis.

i just knicked my finger with knife in the kitchen no bleeding but a superficial dent in the skin. should i be worried?

Laceration: Wash well with soap and water.  Use an antibiotic ointment and cover with a bandaid.  If you are not up to date on your tetanus booster, that would be a good idea to see your doctor for.

i'm using a hydrotropic cream to sort out discolorisarion of facial skin from superficial burns. how long approximately before i start seeing change?

Cortisone cream: Hydrotopic is 1% hydrocortisone cream, and usually we try to stay away from steroid creams on facial skin. This is a mild steroid, any effect would take several weeks to have an effect. Please review with your doctor and ensure that you don't use too much steroid cream on your facial skin!

Not clear: Hot and red skin could represent a skin infection such as cellulitis or an abscess which in that area may cause headache as well. I recommend seeking evaluation by your primary care provider.

Whoa!: If you have painful swelling of veins anywhere, that's not normal.  You will need to see a doctor eventually if you're gong to get treatment.  I recommend that you do so at your earliest convenience.

i developed blood superficial blood clot under skin of my hand. i took covidshield vaccine a month back. i doubt it's vaccine reaction. now i am confused should i go for second dose of vaccine or not. can i get serious blood clot after second dose?

: Have the second dose. You probably are not at risk for a serious blood clot -- but even if you are, the odds of a bad outcome if you catch COVID-19 is FAR higher than the chance of a serious blood clot.

no self harm or anything and nothing new in left breast on the side slight upper tummy

Can you send a photo: It is hard to say without a photo.  If the problem is occurring under your breast then this may be an issue of a candidal infection which is caused by excess moisture and chafing in this area. This would respond nicely to antifungal cream such as clotrimazole.
