sun kill my eyes make me headache, dizzy and wet eyes but night time is fine. is this an eye disease?

Likely not: People can vary widely in their sensitivity to light. Fair skinned, blue-eyed people tend to be more sensitive, as a general rule. Wearing sunglasses is usually sufficient to ease the symptoms. If your symptoms are severe, though, i would recommend seeing an ophthalmologist to evaluate your eye health.

so randomly i get this feeling like i closed my eyes real quick like a whew feeling it just randomly happen and it scare me i cant really explain it because its like not really dizziness. its like the feeling when you falling as asleep.?

Worsening balance: your balance is worse with eyes closed or at night because you removed one of the modalities responsible for maintaining an erect position.  Using your peripheral nervous system and inner ear to assess if your upright or not.this provides the sensation of dizziness or lightheadedness.this is a normal situation seen at your age.  If the changes are severe, then you need to see your doctor.

Need much more details and need to look at your eye movements upon getting up. So have your Dr. test you for positional nystagmus or a fall in BP when you stand. I am here till 4 AM PDT and can look at you eyes right after you get up and see what is going on.

Blood pressure: This may relate to changes in blood pressure when you move or it may be your inner ear giving you the problem when moving.  Either way--a visit to your internist should get you on the right path to figuring this out.

stopped taking my cerazette pill about a week ago.yesterday started  with dizziness.felt a bit sick yesterday,eyes really heavy. side effects?

Probably not: Cerazette is a progestin only (no estrogen) birth control pill and there should not be any side-effects when stopping it other than possibly starting your period. Hope this helps.
