i am getting sunken spots in my leg muscles. am i getting gangrene?

No, but Dr can check: Gangrene is dead flesh, which would cause not just a "sunken spot" but lots of other symptoms such as pain, swelling, redness, fever, etc..., if it were in or on one's leg muscles. However, "sunken spots" are unusual and should be examined by a primary care doctor.

what does it mean if someone i know has a purple color all over his legs? he showed it to me last wk, i told him to go to the er. he had black spots too, does he have gangrene? and are his legs going to have to come off cause of it, just wondered.

Good Advice: Changes in the color on the skin on the legs can come from a number of different issues including blood flow changes or infections. You gave your friend good advice to seek care with their physician. If untreated, infection or blood flow issues (peripheral vascular disease) may eventually cause enough problems that amputations are needed.

Animal at home?: Dogs and cats can give you ringworn, an annular fungus that usually clears with otc lotrimin (clotrimazole). Ask someone you know with pets if they have ever had a rash like yours. If it persists more than 2 weeks see a physician.

i go for 30 minute walks, when i get back home and sit down the muscles in my legs start to twitch in all different spots. what causes this?feelweird

Many: but the first thing came to mind would be inadequate hydration. If you have been on PPI for a long time, magnesium deficiency may be another reason.

Nerve injury: Could be a few things.  Nerve injury, restless leg, peripheral vascular disease.  I would recommend evaluation by your primary care physician.

Few thoughts...: A few things that come to mind include: atrophy of muscle in the area, a reaction from a steroid injection or topical steroid, fibrosis of the area maybe after some a trauma... Or it can just be a normal variation of your body!  if it's developed over a period of weeks to months, it's something to have checked by your doc - not urgently, but sometime in the near future. Hamstring pain: The hamstring in the posterior thigh can be tender for many reasons. If it does not improve, a B mode ultrasound study will be helpful in delineating the etiology. In the interim, use topical heat and consider taking ibuprofen under the guidance of your primary care doctor.

Need to be examined-: And investigated by an orthopod.
This might be a muscle hernia or a bony lesion, or a ruptured tendon ( retracted and rolled), or a hematoma (collection of blood which has clotted). Difficult to say what exactly?

i have a pulled a muscle on my right back thigh.yesterday i began getting painful hive spots on my right butt cheek and lower back. are these related?

Picture would help: If the hive spots are small bubbles/blisters it is possible they are related.  That history could be a herpes outbreak.  The pain is nerve root mediated.

If the pulled muscle and the hives are actual hives then i doubt they are related.

Sounds bruised: May be deep bruise or blood may ve from tear in muscle or ligament. Ice andelevate, if not quickly resolving see yourdoctor to rule iut blood clot.
