The : The box likely has an expiration date. If you are unsure or can't find it you should discard the bottle. You can call the company, and if there is a lot number on the bottle they may be able to look the expiration date up that way.

Not the same: Douching is to introduce a stream of water in the body for medical or hygienic reasons, it usually is used for vaginal irrigation but it may be used for rinsing any other body cavity.
The feminine washes are marketed as a way of cleaning the inside og vaginal wall and can be harmful, as they contain oerfumes and other ingredients which can change the ph of the vaginal fluids and lead to complication.

Probably not: The vagina is self=cleaning and there is very little need for regular douching.  Plain water is adequate for washing the vagina.  Many studies show that douching regularly causes more problems like bacterial vaginosis, fungal vaginitis, and contact dermatitis.

Fish oil: Yes you can give her fishoil and vitamine. It may not help her condition butmayhave a placebo effect.

A large number: There are a lot of OTC medications and herbal supplements can 'thin the blood'. Medications like aspirin, ibuprofen, Naprosyn, (naproxen) fish oil, all can have this effect.  Herbal supplements such as borage, ginko, garlic, ginger can also have some effect.  If you are on a prescription. Blood thinner, then discuss the use of OTC and herbal medications with your physician before taking anything new.

: On clomid ovulation will take place 7 to 10 days after taking clomid.You can have sex everyday staring 11th to 21 day of your Cycle.There is no reason why you cant take Prolife Vitamin E with Clomid

Just an opinion.....: I hope you can find a way to avoid it at any time. It is not necessary if you wash well and perhaps use a pleasant smelling body oil and it can be damaging to your body's natural chemistry. Read about the pros and cons and consider it for yourself. If you decide to continue use, i don't think it would be more of a problem during your period.
