Skin: Try to get a even amount of sunlight throughout the year. We're sunblock all the time since your fair skinned. You don't want sun burns, and plus excess sun can damage the elastic texture of your skin.

Lipo-6...: ...is just a bunch of nutrients designed to help weight loss, per quick online search. It probably won't hurt to mix it with alcohol (assuming Lipo-6 itself doesn't contain a lot of alcohol). Or just skip the Lipo-6 for a few days if you will feel safer. If Lipo-6 was prescribed by your doctor or a nutrition expert, check with him or her. Or have a great holiday without alcohol. It can be done!

ADD medication: I recommend stopping add medications(except straterra)on weekends and vacations unless there is an activity that requires it. This allows the return of a normal appetite to offset the dinished appetite so commonly caused by these medications on school days. This allows for a more balanced and adequate diet over the long term.

: interesting question. I know of no data on this  but you can track this yourself.  Measure weight in the nude every day to nearest gm you can.  And measure height every day to nearest mm without shoes. Plot daily and see on yourself. Go to pubmed.gov and search the world lit.  Enter growth rate AND season to see if anyone one studied this well.

Your goal weight: loss rate is too steep to be healthy. Try setting goal for 1 up to max of 2 lbs per week average. Insure that calories burned &gt; calories consumed. Drink at least 8  - 8 oz glasses of water /day. Aim for 8 hrs of sleep &amp; at least 5 servings of vegetables &amp; 4 of fruit /day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid soda, alcohol &amp; junk carbs. Get mix of cardio &amp; weight lifting exercises.
