I : I am not sure about  those nausea and faint feelings but there is little doubt that you have diabetes if your sugar was above 200 randomly. Nausea and feeling faint are not typical symptoms of diabetes.

But you might feel better once you have that diagnosis confirmed and you get your sugar/diabetes under control. Check in with your doctor to get a fasting glucose measurement, hemoglobin a1c, other chemistries and an exam to check blood pressure, pulse etc. Take care and i hope you don't stop walking see the link below.

Keto diet: There is a difference between ketones and ketoacidosis.  A ketogenic diet can be very helpful in decreasing your blood sugar.   It is a matter of using fat to fuel your body more so than carbs.   Dr. David Perlmutter's book Grain Brain is my favorite resource for teaching my patients how to eat a ketogenic diet.

: I wonder Feb 14 fell on what date of your cycle. If you had not started the first pill in the first 5 days of cycle and you had sex 3 days later you might not be well protected. If you still do not have period within the next 5 days then you should do a urine pregnancy test by then. Good luck!

No, it's needed: Sugar (carbohydrates) are necessary in your diet daily to be healthy and have energy. Excessive sugar is what causes  weight gain and can make you look unhealthy.

No not true: Aging is natural and we have not found any good medical solution to prevent or slow down aging, other than caloric restriction, which, in animals, does slow down the aging process somewhat.
