Unlikely: Proteins typically cause allergic reactions, and not sugars. I'm the case of syrup and honey, it could be oral allergy syndrome. This is a cross-reaction between pollens and foods that causes mout itching, minor throat discomfort. It does not lead to anaphylaxis, however. Hope this helps.

No one treatment: Diabetes and allergies are not related, so you need to be treated for both, with different medications, but avoid receiving systemic steroids for the treatment of allergies as it will worsen your diabetes.

Unlikely: It is very unlikely to have a true allergy to refined sugar, but sugar and other quickly digested carbohydrates (starchy foods) may trigger a reaction. Ask your doctor is you are having episodes of low blood sugar after eating starchy  foods with lots of carbs.

Not really: you want to call or see your doctor, meanwhile, continue your insulin regimen according to the sliding scale you have. The shot you received is probably a steroid shot, which can raise your blood sugar, it may stay for sometime if it is a long acting steroid. You need to go to the ER if you are not doubt, have serious symptoms of very high or low blood sugar, wish you well

Not true: It has been well established that acne is related to superficial skin bacteria and not related to diet including allergies.  Enjoy your sugar and milk!

Sugar &amp; yeast: Ingesting large amounts of sugar will increase the amount of sugar in the vaginal epithelium and vulva which can increase the risk of yeast infection therefore, the clitoral itching. First, decrease the sugar intake and see if the itching gets better. If not, see a MD and be examined for yeast vulvovaginits.

Depending: Are you allergic to cinnamon?  If so, don't take it.  The cinnamon might make the gerd worse.

Seb der: Unfortunately there is no test to find out if a food is triggering your hair loss or the seborrhea.  To my knowledge there is no known connection.  About the best you can do is to log a food diary in order to verify an association by trial and error.  Alternative you could explore other causes of hair loss.

what causes keratosis pilaris? i have bumps on my skin that seem to pop up whenever i eat too much sugar,fried food, meat or wheat ? is it an allergy?

Eczema.: Think of KP as eczema of the hair follicles. It is not an allergy. We treat it with the same medications that we use to treat acne - usually topical steroids and emollient lotions. If it worsens whenever you eat the things you mention, listen to your body and eat less of them.
