Urge to P in UTI: There are several meds that help this but do not know what they r n ur part of the world. Check with local team. Best is to take antibiotic as well.

What you are : describing may be "stress" incontinence...increases in the standing position (increased pressure on the "neck" of the bladder interfering with your bladder's sphincter. Just a thought....hope it's helpful!

Sounds like it: This is a classic description from a patient. It may also be overflow incontinence, which occurs with a distended bladder.

Symptoms:  
By "drop" do you mean that you sometimes urinate small amounts unintentionally?  If you do have urinary urgency and some incontinence, if may be worthwhile to have your medical provider evaluate these symptoms.
