i wretched my back two days ago and since have pain in one spot between my shoulder blades when i swallow/burp. getting better , but is this nerve ?

Intrascapular pain: Can be reflux  try ranitidine, muscle strain(erector spinae-behind esophagus) that were irritated during trauma  and by swallowing. Osteophytes can impinge on the esophagus, unusual at a young age, Osteophytes develop slowly  but position may have shifted .   A compression fracture would be rare . f/u/ w/ doc consider motrin if not allergic muscel relaxants

i have a lot of belching/burping & often - but not always - with pain i the upper middle back - between shoulder blades & somtimes around my the top of my roght shoulder. pressure around the bottom front of my ribs.i have sjogren's syndrome?

: Possibilities include gas entrapment in the esophagus, GERD,esophageal motility disorder,or gallbladder pathology. To prevent gas, avoid gassy foods&amp;gassy beverages and take simethicone 1/2 hour after meals. Try not to make yourself belch excessively. If not improved,I recommend consulting a gastroenterologist for evaluation,appropriate testing and advice.

Cholecystitis: You have classic symptoms of a diseased gallbladder. Try a low fat diet to decrease symptoms. Okay to check in with your doc for exam, labs and ultrasound of right upper quadrant. If you have gallstones, a referral to surgery to discuss gallbladder surgery may be a benefit to you. Go sooner if you develop fever, vomiting or severe abdominal pain. Good luck.

i'm a 27yr old male, 5'5", 140lbs, and have had a slight burning sensation in between my shoulder blades on the right side of the spine right after i swallow, and i feel it right before burping. i'm on 10mg of celexa and taking zantac (ranitidine).

Need GI evaluation: As symptoms are connected with the swallowing and burping, you need to have the esophagus stomach looked at to rule out infection, inflammation, erosion or ulceration. So that it could be treated appropriately

Simethicone: There is a medicine that you can buy at the pharmacy called simethicone that may help with this problem. You can also try avoiding dairy products as they cause gas in some people. Other gas producing foods are beans, broccoli and cabbage. You can try avoiding these as well.

Fever/ Tylenol: These are flu like symptoms, but other causes include pneumonia. Please see your PCP. Monitor your temperature, drink  fluids and use CDC guidelines for COVID 19 precautions. A screening test for COVID 19 may be indicated. Avoid Motrin and similar products until this is ruled out.

Asthma?: Based on your meds I assume you suffer of allergy induced asthma. I would say that the symptoms you are presenting can happen during and acute asthma attack so since it does not say in your text how severe those symptoms are my recommendation would be to go to the ED ASAP for immediate evaluation and treatment.

Follow Up: There are several reasons why this may be happening between musculoskeletal pain vs cardiac disease vs infection. The reassuring thing is that this is not urgent. I would have you follow up with your primary doctor for a referral to cardio if this is something that becomes constant.
