Hypoglycemia?: Those are all symptoms of a low blood sugar.  If eating something makes the symptoms improve then that may be the cause.  There are many other conditions that can cause these symptoms (some of which are more serious) so I would encourage you to see your Family Doctor about this.

It is difficult to point to one diagnosis without additional info.

Get help.
