Sexy heart: A few things could be happening. Sex releases natural chemicals that can speed things up.  They include natural opiates like endorphins and Adrenalin that can cause rapid heart beat.  Adrenalin can also cause your blood sugar to drop (hypoglycemia), which can also manifest with these symptoms.  I would also rule-out underlining heart disease as a preventative measure- do this first!

Pain: many things can cause this.  Some of the more common ones would be hypothyroidism, an electrolyte imbalance, a viral illness to fibromyalgia.  More rarer causes could be Lyme disease or poly myalgia rheumatica or PMR.  See your doctor to discuss and for labs and exam.

Nerve Compression: Nerve compression can cause weakness and muscle wasting in the extremities. The nerves coming out of your neck go down the arm. The nerves coming out of the back go down your legs. If there is wasting in both the arms and the legs, their is likely a problem with both back and neck. See your chiropractor, for spine manipulation and rehabilitation.

LEMS: Lambert Eaton Myasthenic Syndrome is a neuromuscular disorder. I am unaware that malbsorption is specifically its cause. However, a malabsorption problem would aggravate it. I good source to explore this is Immunolabs. They have a great web site about malabsorption . Hope that helps.

Need workup: Your symptoms too nonspecific to give you a firm diagnosis in 400 characters or less. You should see your doctor for a full workup including thyroid analysis, metabolic survey, &amp; other testing as appropriate depending upon what's found.  Good luck.  Try keeping track of the TREMORS as to whether they are more prominent with activity or at rest and if weakness comes and goes or constantly there.
