my bp can fluctuate quite a bit usually from 110/60 to 150/80 with average being 120/70. is this normal? big spikes to 180/80 or 190/90 at dr. office.

Maybe . . .: Blood pressure does vary thruout day when using same device. I suspect that you're comparing your BP taken w/your personal machine to numbers achieved in your doctor's office taken w/his or her equipment. What's more important is calibration of your machine to your doctor's. Do this by bringing your device to the office and checking your BP with it immediately after staff checks w/their equipment.

More info please: Weight fluctuates due to metabolism, including eating/drinking, and elimination of waste.  Technically, when food or drink is going in a person is gaining weight, and when you're not consuming you're losing weight. If you're exercising, you're losing more weight. Fluctuation is normal. If your weight varies abnormally your doctor can examine you to check for a cause. Look at weight averages.

Yes.: Any lab value goes up and down and is never the same twice.  How high or low is another story.  It depends on what is being measured, as, well as why it's being done in the first place.  No lab result can be interpreted exactly without knowing the history and symptoms of the person tested.  There are also "lab errors," improper preparation for testing, and other reasons for inaccurate results.

: This needs to be evaluated by a doctor in person. Often it is related to low levels of fluids in the body, or neurological issues with the circulation control of the legs.

Your DR may need to: Adjust your BP meds or it could be a sign of poor pumping of your heart muscle/ cardiomyopathy. It can potentially cause angina/ chest pain and irregular heart rhythm. Take care !

Need Details of BP: U r BP is good! need additional BP in am-noon-and pm. Nebivolol is a good anti hypertensive drug!

Entirely possible: Be sure you're at complete rest for 10 minutes before starting and stay at rest while you make your measurements. If each successive measurement falls, you likely have anxiety related (anticipatory) HTN and the more you measure it, the less this will be an issue as you get more used to the routine. Meanwhile, measure 5 times, throw out the low and high, and average the other 3.

might have pots, i'm being tested. i noticed when i exercise my bp fluctuates, sitting i am at 128/80. during exercise sometimes 128/100, 145/91, 145/78, keeps changing as i am exercising, is that normal and is it ok to exercise with fluctuating bp?

Depends: Are you on thyroid replacement currently?  Tsh can fluctuate if you are on the wrong kind of thyroid replacement, or you are not taking it regularly, or lab misinterpretation...Work closely with your doc or see a thyroid specialist if this continues to be a problem.
