Many causes: Is this of recent onset or has the vision been blurry in that eye for a long time?  Is there a history of eye disease?   Or trauma?  If there is no obvious cause, then check with your ophthalmologist to see if there is a diagnosis and treatment.

Blurry vision: Sometimes after sleep, our vision may be out of focus but it quickly resolves after rubbing our eyes or rinsing them. If that didn't help and it's still blurry and you don't wear contact lenses, you will need to be examined to determine the cause. If it's gone by now, chances are it was something transient and of no major significance.

Blurry Mystery: This is somewhat unusual. If there is something in the room that you are allergic to and the vision is affected, both eyes should be affected. Another possibility is that one eye comes open some during sleep causing dryness, and maybe this room is dryer than others due to ceiling fans, etc. Possibly also an allergy to bed sheets that come in contact with one eye only. Try covering the eye at night.

Sudden : Sudden onset of visual disturbance in one eye is a concerning problem that could indicate a number of serious problems involving the eye itself (including retinal artery occlusion, retinal vein occlusion, retinal detachment, and other problems) and problems involving the optic nerve (including ischemia or stroke in the nerve, or optic neuritis).  These are serious problems that need to be checked as soon as possible to reduce the risk of permanent vision loss.  If needed, go to the nearest emergency room.
