i have ureter structure. not completely closed off. dr won't see me, i owe money. having severe edema. i hurt every day in my kidneys. i can't do work?

Go to the ER: Hi Iwona, if you are starting to build up fluid in your body and have an obstruction in your ureter, you should see emergency medical treatment at the nearest emergency room.  If there is something obstructing your kidneys you are at a high risk of kidney failure.

Without knowing: any of the details, it is tough to say, but it is possible to have a cystic neoplasm.  Sounds like it may need further evaluation.  Speak with your doctor about next steps.

Varies: I'm assuming you're asking about the kidney itself, not stones. It's commonplace to have a few harmless calcium deposits in the renal medulla especially near the tips of the papillae. An old infarct or necrotic papilla can calcify, and especially in a diabetic, atherosclerosis may calcify in the smaller arteries.

Not for these : There is an association between  kidney and liver cysts.  These other cystic changes in these unrelated organs are random.

Not too likely: The more time your HgbA1c is elevated, the more likely you are to experience the complications of diabetes. That being said, if you can maintain a normal value, you are much less likely to get complications and for them to go away with treatment if you do have them. See your doctors to see if you have them.

The grade: Is not as crucial as the cell type. It says you are using o2. Both lung and urothelial cancers are smoking related. Should you develop a third cancer, having 2 low grade cancers conveys no information about a third. Have you sought genetic testing?

Pathology lab...: When people have tissues / cells removed from their bodies, these specimens are generally sent to a pathology laboratory where lab staff, technicians, and doctors (pathologists) study the tissues and cells (usually under microscopes) to help determine what is wrong with the tissues.  The lab will determine if the process is an infection or a tumor and whether or not a tumor is benign or malignant.
