Venule: Most likely a small venule or capillary.  If you a taking daily Aspirin or regular NSAID use this might make you prone to do this.  Also, vitamin E or even garlic if supplemented.

Pain back and chest: Many possibilities.  Good idea for him to get checked up by your family physician to see what the problem(s) are and get proper treatment.

i've had pain in my left upper arm for the last month that worsens with activity. recently while rubbing the area, i noticed a lump in the muscle that feels like... chewed gum. the pain worsens when i rub the knot. same issue in my left thigh?

: This is possibly a distortion of the fascia   Fascia is a series of tissues like bands under the skin in bery long and wide layers. Also, fascia is arranged likre tubes around all the muscles. Some small damage can cause a smsll portion of the fascia to become a lump. Find picturs of fascia on Google, etc. Treatment woulld br a rubbing.  Fimd a doc to rule out a serious problem. Then, find FDM.com

Arm/leg stiffness : By arm and legs do you mean hands, feet, joints, fingers? If this is been an ongoing problem, it may be due to a systemic condition. Examples include rheumatoid arthritis and a few others. Mention this to your doctor so you can get examined, obtain labs  and possibly imaging studies. Its important to get a diagnosis earlier than later. Good luck.

this kind of symptoms are age and gender related. 
we know that you are a female
it could thyroid problem.it could be diabetes,or blood sugar problem.

Thigh blood pressure: Thigh blood pressure readings without comparable upper arm readings are hard to interpret. 

Usually, systolic blood pressure in the legs is 10% to 20% higher than arm blood pressure readings. Blood pressure readings that are lower in the legs as compared with the upper arms are considered abnormal and often lead to consideration of peripheral vascular disease.

Compulsively?: I am  not sure what the question is here.  Pulling hairs can be a  compulsion for some people.  You can be evaluated to determine if you have trichotillomania  (which is treatable).
