: Can. I would stop and see what happens.They repeat. If you get stringy stools again, stop and repeat. If you get stringy stools again I would conclude it does in you. But to be really be sure I would repeat 7 more times.  Depending on how certain this is the cause in you.

Stool long fibre: Thin long string like substance? In the stool. Did you save it? Please talk to your dr. Sometimes tapeworms or round worms can do that , depending on where you live and what you eat? Unlikely. But talk to your dr.

Depends: Metamucil's main ingredient is psyllium husk, a natural plant fiber that is a source of soluble and insoluble fiber. The soluble fiber creates a viscous gel as it travels through the GI tract. The insoluble fiber moves through intact.  So hopefully the white worms are just husk remnants. If not go see your Doctor for stool cultures Ova and parasites x 3.

Stools: These are probable undigested or partially digested food fragments. If you continue to have mucous and loose watery stools it would be a good idea to see a doctor and submit to a stool exam along with providing a full detailed history and an exam of yourself. Possibly a tapeworm: Intestinal worms are surprisingly common but seldom diagnosed. It sounds like you might have a tapeworm, which can be many feet long but come out in pieces.

GI eval: Pregnancy does not cause thing like jelly in the stool. If this is recurring problem for you consider seeing a gastroenterologist. They can test for intestinal worms and other digestive disorders that may cause string like jelly stools.

Blood in stool: Blood in a bowel movement is abnormal and in your age group a minor condition like anal fissure or hemorrhoid is a usual cause. Since you are not bleeding profusely and don't have abnormal bowel symptoms otherwise there is no urgency in being examined but you could discuss this with your physician or Gynecologist who will advise you.

Something swallowed: Sometimes we swallow hair, or things in food that we did not know we were eating. If that doesn’t dissolve or get altered  in the digestion process, it will,show up in stool. Corn is such an example. If this was a string, you swallowed it.
