Does walking help if so get up and move around.
Are you constipated?
Do you slouch?

Heartburn: It could be heartburn. A quick and easy way to find out is to try tums (calcium carbonate).  If the pain goes away, you've nailed it.  If not, see your doctor.

LUQ abd discomfort: It could be many things.  Is it worsened or relieved by eating?  Worse with exercise?  Exercise induced suggests musculoskeletal, food induced (especially fat) suggests gallbladder problems.  You are already on Prilosec that should help with peptic problems.

If it persists, a physical exam and an ultrasound may be helpful.

what could cause a burning feeling in right abdomen on flank side. seems like it is only present after working all day. i do have up back pain as well?

Other symptoms?: Does it feel like a pulled muscle?  How long does it last ?  Do certain foods make it worse.  Have you tried any meds?  Did you injure the muscle working out?  Would you say it is more related to food or activity?  If food, you may want to obtain us of gallbladder to rule out stones a common cause of rt abdo and back pain exacerbated by food. Is there any abdominal pain? Bloating? Nausea?

Talk to your Dr.: Iron Pills are notoriously tough on the digestive/ intestinal system. Side effects include: constipation, diarrhea; nausea, vomiting, heartburn; stomach pain, upset stomach; black or dark-colored stools or urine; temporary staining of the teeth; headache; or unusual or unpleasant taste in your mouth. Talk to your prescribing Dr for follow up. They may want you to start at a lower dose and increase

Maybe.: This burning symptom may also be  from hyperacidity, gastroesophageal reflux disease, gas pains and yes, anxiety. You may still need to see your pcp to check it out if it persists.
