You should talk to your primary doc to see a referral is appropriate.
These cost money and typically not covered by insurance.

Highest potency: Retin-a belongs to the "retinoid" family of medications, which might help improve the appearance of stretch marks by stimulating new collagen synthesis. Retin-a (tretinoin) comes in several vehicles (cream, gel) and concentrations. Retin-a 0.1% gel is the highest potency currently available. Another retinoid, tazorac (tazarotene) is more potent than tretinoin and might be better for stretch marks.

: Stretch marks don't require treatment. They are harmless and often fade over time. Treatment can make them fade, but they may never completely disappear.

Peels or IPL : Or fractionated therapy with pixel or active fx are a few options but many other exist and include bleaching agents for the dark spots.

ACNE: Try  using  together perzagel 10 percent at daytime and Retin-A at night. Avoid sunlight for photosensitivity to rx.  See dermatologist if it did not work

Patience: It can take several weeks for Retin-A to help with uneven skin tone. You may need an additional bleaching agent to help with increased pigmentation. Acne marks will likely need a cosmetic procedure such as dermabrasion or subcision. The redness is most likely a side effect of the retin-a. I'm glad that it has already helped with your acne!
