almost a year ago. i got these 2 itchy red rashes on the back of my legs. my doctor said it could be from stress. what could be the cause of it?

Rash: Yes it could be caused by stress especially if the rash is hives.
In general the most common rash i seen on the lower legs of women is an itchy rash from shaving. 
See a dermatologist for more details about your problem because likely you need prescription medications if it is from "stress".

: MPV is a measure of platelet size &amp; some people have larger ones or the newer ones (stress related)are sometimes larger. Platelets are one of the shorter living cells, lasting only hours to days and normal overall platelet counts are good evidence leukemia has not invaded the blood production areas.

Bites?: How do you know they are "bites"? Confined to the legs and persisting 2 months suggests stasis dermatitis, possibly eczema. Best advise is to see a dermatologist.
