Opposites: The "fight or flight" response prepares us for battle--and shuts down the "feed or breed" side of the balance--which is why stressed people often feel nauseous and/or throw up. Bloating is vague & can be from air swallowing (/anxiety) or other related causes. Biofeedback / cognitive-behavioral therapy can help. Look online or ask your dr.

Follow a bland diet and try taking mylanta for relief. Inflammation of the gall bladder from stones, pancreatitis or hepatitis are less likely, but get examined if symptoms worsen or don't subside.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
