dx w/lpr silent reflux..i dont smoke,drink,eat unhealthy,i do nothing bad to my body.i have hard time eating,like food is stuck.can stress cause this?

Swallowing: You MAY have a hiatal hernia.  Anxiety can also produce the symptoms you mention.  It is important to see your doctor for proper diagnosis.  Then it can be treated.  Peace and good health.

GERD, LPR and stress: However, certainly at age 22, you're young to get this condition.  Your doctor may also check for helicobacter pylori.  Dietary habits and ilfestyle (alcohol, lying down after eating, overly heavy meals may also contribute).  Here;s how stress contributes-- the autonomic nervous system is over stimulated causing excess acid, relaxation of the esophageal sphincter, hypersensitivity to acid, etc.

if medication can control a symptom (e.g. gerd/lpr reflux) does that mean the symptom isn't caused by stress or anxiety?

Stress not by self: Stress may worsen gerd symptoms, but unlikely to be only cause of your chronic heartburn. In the past stress was thought to be the culprit in a variety of gastrointestinal problems, including ulcers and inflammatory bowel diseases such as crohn's disease. 
Hiatal hernia, diet, pregnancy, obesity are few known contributors.Sometimes genetic.

is the globus/lump in throat i have anxiety/stress related or is it the actual swelling from my gerd,lpr,gastritis?

"Globus hystericus": (Google It!) is ANXIETY related however you should seek treatment for your acid  reflux (which can cause hoarseness and heartburn!!  )

Controlled: It can't be cured but definitely can be controlled.  If you are sure it is LPR - the best route is to find a good gastroenterologist referred by your primary care physician for further work-up and treatment.

It happens when there is poor function in the pelvic muscles that support the bladder or control the release of urine.  This can result from childbirth, pregnancy, or pelvic surgery. Not immediately: Stress doesn't usually kill you immediately, but it can lead to medical conditions that shorten your life span: sleep disruption, weight gain, hypertension, heart disease, etc. Also it makes the life you do have, less enjoyable.
