You can't : Viral and bacterial infections both cause fevers. To diagnose a viral verses bacterial infection a history and physical and appropriate studies are required.

Bronchitis: Acute bronchitis is caused by viruses in &gt;95% of cases.  The remainder are predominantly bordetella pertussis (cause of whooping cough).  It would be rare for strep pyogenes to be involved, but there may be some cases of exacerbations of chronic bronchitis in which they may be involved.

Not effective.: This vaccine does not prevent strep throat.  You can still get it and you need antibiotics if you do, to avoid the risk of getting rheumaticfever and/or heart disease.

Tonsillitis: Strep throat can cause tonsillitis. Mononucleosis is a common cause for inflammed tonsils. Many viruses can cause this.

No: Swelling of the throat can affect the vocal cords and make it difficult to talk.  In whopping cough (pertussis) this can be severe to the point of inability to breath.  Damage to the nerve to the vocal cords should not occur.

Depends: Only previous exposure to strep can induce protective antibodies which usually declines over time in a few years.  If you have never had any exposure, there will be no antibody present
