Scars &amp; Vitamin E: Life holds no guarantees as we know, but vitamin e oil placed directly on the scar regularly can help to fade or remove the scar.  You can get a bottle of it in the drug store.  It's inexpensive and worth a try; just be patient.  A dermatologist is the best place to start.  Exercises won't help.

Stretch marks: Stretch marks are actually scars in the deep layer of skin & generally don't go away. Most topical treatments won't work but prevention/minimization during formation may help with topical creams like cocoa butter. I typically use 5-6 fractional laser treatments to reduce the appearance of stretch marks but complete resolution typically not possible.

Retin A (tretinoin): Retin A (tretinoin) is indicated for treatment of acne and to improve the appearance of facial skin (reduce fine lines and wrinkles).  You may not achieve the results you are seeking on your stretch marks.

This is very difficu: early stretch marks respond well to lasers and topical retinoic acid. Older stretch marks are more difficult to treat, but there are newer lasers that work better on them like fraxel. see a dermatologist or doctor who is a fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery

"Stretch marks" ?'s: Stretch marks from sudden loss of weight or post pregnancy are really tears in the elastic portion of the skin, and there is no medication remedy.  Surgery to remove the stretched skin may be considered, but see your gyn physician for guidance.
