Time for ER: Might be many things--c. Difficile; liver-pancreas issue; parasite; other infectious problem. All of which need evaluated urgently so can begin treatment, reduce symptoms, and prevent worsening. Go to er if your dr. Cannot accommodate this complaint.

Many possibilities: There are many types and causes of skin rashes.  Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can cause rashes on the skin. Insect bites can also be the cause of a rash on the skin.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

i have uveitis.. would the white spots on my stomach and back have to do with my uveitis if so what is it?

You might ask...: Certainly several type of uveitis can be associated with skin lesions.  Skin problems are a common symptom of behcet's disease. Skin sores  look red or can  resemble pus-filled bumps or a bruise. The sores are red and raised, and typically appear on the legs and on the upper torso. Also hla-b27 associated uveitis can cause skin changes.  Ask your ophthalmologist or consult with a rheumatologist.

What's the cause?: Read up in guttate hypomelanosis, vitiligo, and tinea versicolor. The last is the most common and it's extremely easy to treat if you wish (blue dandruff shampoo or ketoconazole).

Bra rubbing?: Areas where a bra rubs can have some skin inflammation / irritation, after which there may be color changes. Darker spots are called post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and lighter ones are called post-inflammatory hypopigmentation. Having any allergic reaction to some component of the bra can cause the same type of color changes. A doctor can check to see if that's what it is.

Doctor can evaluate: Spots are hard to describe in words. A doctor's exam can help decide what spots on the tummy and back might be. Spots can be "post-inflammatory", the residual effects of an earlier rash. Spots can be skin reactions with chemicals, leaving colored stains. They can be eczema (sensitive, dry skin), fungal infections (tinea), psoriasis (autoimmune disorder), new moles, viral infections, etc...

Tinea corporis?: Might be ringworm, a fungal infection. Try using lamisil (terbinafine) cream twice daily for 2-4 weeks alternating with 1 % hydrocortisone. Do not wear a bra more than once a day without washing it. If no change, best to seek help from your PCP or a dermatologist who can see the areas and scrape them, if necessary for diagnosis.
