Sx relief: Start with clear liquid like water, soda that is clear, or sports hydration drinks.  Sip often to prevent dehydration. Work up to solids with bland foods like bananas, rice, applesauce, toast, gelatin, or chicken. Avoid alcohol, nicotine, caffeine, dairy &amp; high fat foods. Rest.

See doctor: What you need is not to appease your mom, but to find out what's going on. Do you smoke? Do you have cystic fibrosis (you'd probably know that)? Do you have sinus issues? Go see a doctor. You're an adult and need to be proactive about your health.

my boyfriend tested positive for covid. i started feeling flu like symptoms on mon and severe fevers tues. wens i started coughing badly. yesterday the coughing subsided, but the fevers won't stop. my sense of smell went away on thurs?

COVID 19 concerns:  These symptoms are consistent with COVID 19 but need testing for definitive diagnosis. There may be lingering symptoms for some time to come.  Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med &amp; nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Make sure to quarantine. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant &amp; persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion

Fever breaking: It is normal to sweat when fever breaks. Take it easy for a couple of days. Drink enough fluids. Once the major symptoms have resolved start your regular activities.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

if depo-provera estradiol is use to relieve menopause symptoms, will it also cause withdrawal like severe body aches and pains/flu like symptoms if stop using?

Postpones, not cure: If you take estrogen to alleviate menopausal symptoms, you are postponing them until such time as you stop the estrogen replacement.  Then they will occur just like they would have at your time of menopause had you not elected to begin the estrogen replacement.

Neither am I: While Covid and the Flu have many symptoms in common, they also have entirely different presentations. Call yourGeneral Physician and ask if you should be tested. If so, go get tested. Anything else would just be a guess.

COVID 19 concerns: COVID 19 sx’s: dry cough, shortness of breath, chest tightness, nasal congestion, sneezing, fever, headache, sore throat, feeling tired, loss of sense of taste/smell, decreased appetite, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, chills &amp; muscle aches.  Testing would determine if this is COVID 19 or not.

No : Flu like symptoms would include fever, chills, body aches and upper respiratory symptoms. These are not typical symptoms of food allergy.
