Unlikely: A bathing suit thin enough to show the nipples would probably outline the bandaid.  You can find a circular type of bandaid or some thin foam inserts.  Be creative if this bothers you.

Normal : Sounds like you are describing montgomery's glands. The main purpose of these glands is to help lubricate and protect the nipple during breast feeding. They are almost always noticeable and are completely normal.

Raynaud's: It's a new one for me, but I'm guessing you are thin and possibly have low blood pressure.  It's more common with breastfeeding but can occur without.  See http://www.healthboards.com/boards/raynauds-syndrome/845667-raynauds-vasospasm-without-breast-feeding.html .  You should probably be checked for autoimmune disease such as Scleroderma or Lupus, but the syndrome can happen without illness.

Nonspecific: Your symptoms are nondiagnostic. A physician would have to take a thorough history,perform a physical examination and order appropriate tests such as an EKG or chest xray in order to make a diagnosis. The discomfort could emanate from the rib cage as well. If symptoms persist see your physician for evaluation.

Rash: Means you should definitely be examined by a doctor since this could be an infection or simply an allergic or irritant dermatitis. I would not do or take anything until you see a doctor who can examine you.

No: Unless there is an eczema like rash on the nipple or areola, there is no need to worry. Next time you see your doctor, have her/him check it out.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Accepted Answer

Yes: Protruding nipples can be helped by a small operation to reduce the projection of them.  Large nipples are a more difficult problem.  I'm not aware of operations to reduce them but a wedge excision is most likely the answer.  See a plastic surgeon for your best options.
