Time course?: If she has teligen effluvium she may lose hair diffusely a few months after her illness, although ivig should not cause hair loss as far as i know. It regrows fully after some time.

Masturbation &amp; size?: Masturbation has absolutely no effect on penis size. There is no reason to reduce the frequency of masturbation. Penises come in many different sizes. There is no one "right" size. If your penis truly has not grown since you were 8years old, schedule an appointment with your pcp or pediatrician, who may refer you to a urologist or endocrinologist. These docs can make sure ur medically healthy.

Yes...once TRT stops: Rx testosterone {exogenous} will cause a feedback inhibition of spermatogenesis and possible "shrinkage" of the testes.

You have 4 options:

1) discontinue testosterone replacement therapy and the testicles will go back to baseline
2) continue with trt
3) use HCG as trt
4) continue trt with low dose HCG supplementation - off label

Growth cntrs close: Menses starts the clock on final growth as the hormones that support menses signal the growth centers to begin closing. A girl will grow another 2.5 inches after first menses on average. Timing of birth within the month has no impact on growth.

Yes: It is possible. It depends on where the tumor is located, what type of tumor it is. You seem to be describing a lymph node. I have seen lymph nodes with tumor grow fast then stop growing though typically with treatment. I would encourage you to discuss this with your physician.
