Can be anywhere: Stomach ulcer pain is usually in the lower chest and upper abdomen area, but ulcers can be in intestines too, like duodenum and can radiate to the back and other parts of abdomen. See a doctor.

how do i know if i have stomach ulcer? stomach pain, then nausea after eatting. could it just be gas?

Doubtful: Generally you do not get pain directly after eating with gas.  Additionally, unless the gas is severe, nausea does not generally accompany gas pains.  You symptoms suggest at least gerd if not an ulcer.  See your doctor for evaluation and managment options.

Accepted Answer

No: Humans (nor animals for that matter) are not wired with the two in any link up. You can have the two at the same time, but the leg pain is more likely to create stress & aggravate your ulcer than the opposite.

if i had a stomach ulcer, could the pain be intensified/relieved by sitting/standing/laying down or relieved by an icy hot patch? or must be muscular?

The pain would: be associated with food intake, which would also indicate whether the ulcer is in the stomach or duodenum. Icy Hot won't help pain from ulcers, talk to your doctor.

16 y/o male with stomach ulcer and testical pain. when i eat the pain is there a few minutes after i eat it really hurts.  pain killers don't work?

Testicles: Do not communicate with stomach lining.  Should be treated for ulcer and have testicle check for infection, tumor, torsion. Good luck.

RUQ anatomy: Anatomically, the right upper quadrant (RUQ) of the abdomen includes: liver, gallbladder, pancreatic head, bile ducts and ampulla, c-loop of the duodenum, stomach antrum and pylorus, the hepatic flexure of the colon.  Don't forget the diaphragm and lower chest are pretty close by. The abdominal musculature, ribs, and skin can all contribute as well to localizing RUQ pain. GI exam is appropriate.

Get diagnosed: You do have symptoms which could be consistent with an ulcer.  This should be examined and clarified.  If truly an ulcer, can be readily treated by a number of effective medications.  Contact your doctor and start to feel better.

Stress: Please check your stresslevel during your periods. 
 Do you take non-steroidal pain medicatons such as ibuprogen during your periods? These may cause stomach pains

also please check and make sure you dont have ulcers.

i was in er in december with what was said to be a stomach ulcer. ive been having pain for more than 2 hours and pain medicine doesnt work. what must i do its unbareable?

Pain Med?: A stomach ulcer should be on A proton pump inhibitor such as Prilosec or nexium ,and/or H2 blocker such as pepcd or zantac.Can use Tums for symptomatic relief .Also should be tested for a bacteria such as H.pyloi.However should not be on a pain medicine such as motrin,alleve etc as that may use an ulcer.If  still having the symptoms then need to see Gastroenterologist and have EGD.
