stomach twitching upper right after sidetwist for past 2-3 days. even  growling/vibrating senstation, more when i sit.could i have a hernia  w/o pain?

No: Hernias in this area only occur if you've had surgery there.  This sounds like a torn muscle that spasms and twitches.  It will sometimes have an associated mass that will resolve over a month or two.  The pain or sensitivity may last 6 months.  Anything is possible so se a dr if it persists or has vomiting, weight loss, diarrhea, or worsens.

Not clear.: If these symptoms have been going on for months, you could have irritable bowel syndrome, but other diagnoses are possible.  Try increasing your fiber intake.  If this doesn't help, see your doctor.

Abdomen twitching: If you are thin, you may be seeing/feeling the movement of your intestines under the skin. The large intestine crosses the abdomen just under the stomach and then descends down the left side of the abdomen to its exit. Or if it is more on the surface, that is probably a muscle twitch/spasm. The whole abdomen is covered by a layer of muscle (the 6-pack muscles). If no pain/no diarrhea - no worries.

i been getting really bad heart burn and upper left side of stomach twitches some times and i have excessive burping this been going on for a 2 months doctor did a ct and said organ look fine and no obstruction in somtach i been takin protonix?

: Protonix can be helpful for heartburn but it can take a while for this to heal. A GI doctor can be helpful to treat these symptoms as well as to do an upper endoscopy to see if there is any damage to the stomach and/or esophagus that cannot be seen on a CT scan. So, see a GI doctor for the necessary testing, diagnosis and treatment. Good luck!

Stomach twitching: You probably are experiencing some twitching spasms in the abdominal musculature and not in your stomach.  This may be due to some muscle strain or response to excessive exercise or postural condition.  Watch out for anything that could be irritating your muscles.

Not the twitching: But the heartburn is concerning. You need to take something like Pepcid or zantac (ranitidine) until you see your doctor.

More info please: When you say twitching, do yo mean internal as in gas, or external as in seeing the muscles twitch. They are entirely different. With gas, is it upper abdomen with belching or lower abdomen with passing gas? Treatment approaches would differ, but pay attention to the foods you eat because understanding that can go a long way toward finding your solution. Hope that helps.
