i have a problem of going to toilet regularly and even if i go relief my self its not enough .i went to my dr about this issue but it doesn't get better.i will get medication to make my stomach to run but still it will be difficult to release ,?

Stool: If you have been having troubles with stooling on an ongoing basis it may be worthwhile to talk to your provider again and get a consult to a GI specialist. Often increasing fiber in your diet can help and is step you can take on your own.

i have minor diarreah&stomach cramping what's the best otc med i can get at the local cvs. ive taken one dose of max strength pepto but not working?

I recommend: loperamide/Imodium to my patients for diarrhea. This slows transit time within the bowel. Cautions include not using if you are pregnant/breast-feeding, checking the label for other medications that might interact including antibiotics, and not having bloody diarrhea/mucus in stool, etc. Read and follow label carefully and exactly. i have problems with stomach acid. over the counter antacid and alkaline medication are not helping or providing any relief. my regular doctor is not available and cannot secure appointment with another gp?

Stomach acid : You can see a doctor via telemedicine. In general, I ask a patient with stomach acidity to stop using alcohol, don't; eat late at night, avoid coffee, soda, lose weight if there is a large abdomen. There is a stepwise approach to this. The process can start with a telemedicine doctor

what is best for an upset stomach: pepto bismol liquid, mylanta one dose chewable tablets, or alka-seltzer extra strength heartburn relief chews? i would like the best option out of the three?

: Any of these 3 products could be used for stomach upset, depending on which one works best for you. Everyone is different so you should probably pick the one you can most easily afford and see if that helps. If it doesn’t, see your doctor. Good luck to you!

Hypersensitivity : Hypersensitivity of the enteric nervous system manifesting as dyspepsia or visceral hypersensitivity would be most likely.  Non-gi causes such as musculoskeletal should also be considered.  Bloating is often times a difficult symptom to investigate and manage, as you can attest.

Tylenol (acetaminophen): Is the only medicine you should use, unless you have him seen by the doctor to make sure other medications are safe and/or helpful.  If tylenol (acetaminophen) is not good enough, then you should have him seen.

the most effective way to take flucloxaillin capsules? will it be less effective if i'm on other medication & take it when i'm not on an empty stomach

Before or after: It is best to take flucloxacillin 30 minutes before meals or 2 hours after for maximum absorption.
