Yes: This type diarrhea is abnormal. Black spots in the stool can be caused G.I. bleeding or blood in the stool. Consult a gastroenterologist. Need to be checked for inflammatory bowel disease and colon infections

Many things: It could be food sensitivity, allergies, lactose intolerance (dairy problem) too much food, blockage of some sort, malabsorption, type of food, etc. Keep a food journal and see if you can identify if a particular type of food is the problem, . Best to have it evaluated by a physician.

Brief illness?: Any stomach flu or food poisoning type of illness can have some nausea, bloating, vomiting, diarrhea, tummy pain, tummy cramps, fever, chills, sweating, dizziness, lightheadedness, etc... One person can have some or all of these symptoms. If symptoms are mild, they might go away in a day or two. Otherwise, a doctor can evaluate the patient, and also check for cancer or other serious diseases.

ive been suffering from severe abdominal/stomach pains after every meal. with this i experience nausea as well. ive cut out red meat and well as dairy as im lactose intolerant. what could possible be the cause of this?

: Bloating is most often caused by quantity of food or types of food. Certain foods cause gas, water retention and bloating (whole grains, high fiber foods, beans, lentils, peas, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage and kale, carbonated beverages, most fatty or salty foods). Try taking a probiotic daily for several weeks, or increasing your intake of watermelon, lettuce, strawberries, bananas.

Yes: Ulcers are not the only cause of abdominal pain. Here are others: simply eating too much, eating certain foods that are not tolerated by your body (lactose, allergies), gallstones, pancreas inflammation, a mass, or GI tract infection/inflammation. If it persists, see your doctor.

Vomiting: Stool culture for c. Diff will determine if the infection is eradicated. Perhaps you have developed a gastritis from medication causing nausea and vomiting. Following a bland,low fat diet, drinking flat ginger ale or taking ginger, taking Dramamine as needed may stop the vomiting. Vomiting associated with abdominal pain calls for prompt evaluation in the hospital emergency room. Gastro to advise.

IBS vs. Lactose Into: Is it a particular food or simply dairy? Maybe it is something more serious than simple ibs or lactose intolerance or even food allergy. See your pcp immediately for referral to the correct specialist. Try an elimination diet in the meantime. Avoid dairy for a week. If no help, then eliminate other foods one at a time.

because it is ramadan i eat a full meal at around 2am&go straight to sleep now i have stomach pains when i wake up, what is causing the stomach pains?

Acid reflux : Due to the large late night meal followed by long period of fasting you are most likely experiencing gastritis, indigestion or also referred to as acid reflux. Taking a Tums (calcium carbonate) after your meal prior to bed may help. If Ramadan allows medications during the day, a once a day medication of a proton pump inhibitor would typically be advised.
