Acid reflux?: Possible acid reflux. May use Zantac (ranitidine) or prilosec both available over the counter without prescriptions. If not better please see your physician

Doctor can evaluate: Anyone with "severe stomach pain" should be evaluated by her doctor.  The emergency room can evaluate severe stomach pain, if the primary care or regular doctor is not able to help right away.

Not clear: It is not clearly an ulcer, and can represent a number of different conditions. I agree with a possible GI consultation but see your primary physician. You will need a chest xray and possibly other imaging tests. Cardiac and pulmonary disease can also show up this way. A good history and physical will help narrow down the issues.

Pain : Pain in this area is very tricky since there are many organ systems in the epigastric area (above the belly button) of the abdomen. 
- stomach - problems such as gastroesophageal reflux, gastritis, and stomach ulcers can cause pain in these areas - usually worse with eating and worse while laying down 
- pancreas - pancreatitis, pancreatic stones/blockages can cause epigastric pain, sometimes radiating to the back 
- liver/gallbladder - hepatitis, gall stones or gall bladder disease can cause pain in the right upper quadrant or epigastric area
- intestinal - duodenal ulcers, diverticulitis, infections, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel disease and constipation can cause pain there because the colon loops up into that area 
- kidney - kidney stones or infections can cause pain in the right or left upper quadrant, though many people feel it in their backs. 
- gyne (if you're female) - ovarian pain from a cyst or even an infection from a sexually transmitted disease can cause pain in the right or left upper quadrant and back.

And all those are just a few of the things that could be going on. So, your best option is to be seen by a doctor and examined to determine the cause of your pain.

Reasons to go to the er are: 
- high fever 
- bloody stool 
- bright green or bloody vomit 
- severe or worsening pain 
- difficulty breathing.

Chest pain : chest pain particularly in the lower chest and upper abdomen is likely due to gastritis, hiatal hernia or esophageal reflux disease. Infectious causes like H.pylori can cause gastritis and peptic ulcer disease. If symptoms continue to persist, it might be wise to have your doctor test you for H.pylori (they have breath tests and stool tests for this condition).

Chest pain eval: Several different conditions can cause chest and upper abdominal pain. Most likely cause of burning chest and upper abdominal pain in a 19 y old guy like you would be gastritis or peptic ulcer disease. Get evaluated by a doctor.

Possibly: Anxiety can cause excess cortisol, os adrenaline secretion which can cause a number of symptoms, including dizziness, lightheadedness, rapid heart beat palpitations, chestpain, headaches, etc.  Try calming yourself down by concentrating on slowing down your breathing over a few minutes if this doesn't help, see your primary provider for further evaluation.
