Fat malabsorbtion: Looks like you are having some chronic pancreatic issues, get your pancreatic and liver enzymes checked, avoid alcohol and avoid taking too much home meds that you are taking.

Irritable bowel synd: Ibs is the easy answer and most likely if your are healthy. See your doc. In the meanwhile start a wellness program ... See my wellness program in the files. The advil (ibuprofen) can confuse the picture.

GERD/Diarrhea: It appears you have multiple issues going on. GERD can make you feel nauseous. Diarrhea right after eating could be intolerant to certain foods. I would see a gastroenterologist or your primary physician asap. For relieve with heart burn you may try over the counter omeprazole, nexium, (esomeprazole) or ranitidine.

Take fluids such as pedialyte and see a doctor who will most likely prescribe you some antibiotics

Fever stomachache: Go to ER  urgent care. High fever with stomach pain in a toddler should be evaluated .May be urine infection and need antibiotics  or may be appendicitis. Go to ER today

Not necessarily: It means the endoscopist saw some reddish coloration of the lining of the distal stomach. This may or may not be significant. The finding can indicate gastritis (inflammation of the stomach lining) due to an infectious or other process. But the observation of "erythema" is subjective(the area may seem normal to another MD) and a biopsy of the area may be normal. Gastritis is a histologic diagnosis
