See your doctor: Could be gall bladder, ulcer disease,  infection, or several other problems. Might be serious, so don't delay - get this evaluated.

Lots of things: It could be a virus you picked up, it could be something you ate, or lots of other things.   Until you feel better eat a bland diet; nothing heavy, creamy or fried; make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids.  If it persists more than a couple of days or if it worsens, see your doctor.

Not quite sure: without directly observinig. AND... anytime there is increased motility of the digestive tract it can produce nausea or.... things like viral infection or gastroenterities if  they are producing irritaiton and nausea, will likely also increase gut motility. infection, virus, bacterial infection or medicine, or drugs of abuse, new smoking, alcohol, or just nerves all can do this.

how come after everything i eat, i get nauseous? it happened a lot this summer,then stopped. about a week ago it's back-- nauseous/sick stomach.

Many possibilities: Gastritis can do this and it is very common. The symptoms can be controlled with nonprescription antacids, acid reducers such as ranitidine and omeprazole
GERD can do it but the same meds I mentioned can help.
Gallbladder problems, like gallstones, and constipation can also be the cause. A high fiber diet or extra fiber is useful. if not better after these, see a doctor for deeper testing.

nauseous and gurgling stomach. began last weekend and got better during the week. now seems to have returned on weekend. what could be the cause?

See your doctor: No way to tell without seeing you and running tests.  You need to be thoroughly evaluated by a physician to determine exactly what is causing these symptoms.  Since they have returned, it could be serious, therefore see your doctor asap.  Better your doc tells you it's nothing major!

Go see your DR : You could have stomach irritation , functional bowel spasm etc in the meantime rake some otc antacids, avoid caffeine, spicy foods etc hope u feel better!

Needs to see Doctor: With your symptoms of pain in stomach associated with nausea and not able to eat your food needs to be checked by your doctor asap.You are only 17.You should tell your parents and ask them to take you to the Pediatrician or your family doctor to get checked asap

Nausea: Without any detail, it is impossible to pinpoint the cause.  If it is new onset nausea, just cut back your diet to liquids for a few days. You could consider an anti-acid medication for a few days to see if it helps.  If the nausea lasts longer than a week or so, you need to be seen to determine the source. Good luck.
