what are foods that can be used simply for filling up your stomach?

Bulky foods: Raw vegetables, unbuttered popcorn, rice cakes, water, fresh fruits.  The bigger question is:  why do you want to fill up your stomach?  Is it to try to shut off a "hungry" signal?  Is it to avoid eating?  Is there some other reason, like wanting to avoid eating high-calorie foods, so that you lose weight?  If you feel you need to fill your stomach, you can also do something else -- walk, yoga.

This sounds like a significant amount of bleeding and with the pain you're having, I'd recommend that you be seen in an ER as soon as possible.

my friend has a seizure condition and i keep telling him not to drink his stomach is filling out because of the alcohol  is this dangerous ?

Good advice: I think the advice you are giving your friend is appropriate.  Alcohol can lower the seizure threshold and lead to more seizures.  It can also lead to aspiration if his stomach is full of contents.

will a cracked tooth filling upset your stomach?

Unlikely: Depending on how deep the crack goes, you may need a replacement filling, you may need a crown, you may need a root canal and crown, or you may need to have the tooth taken out. Even a very deep crack is unlikely to cause an upset stomach although any infection associated with the cracked tooth may cause other problems. Best to see your dentist.

GERD/Heartburn: Heartburn can be caused by acidic stomach contents backing up into your esophagus. If this happens 2 or more times per week it is called GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease). Lifestyle changes can ease the symptoms: drink more water, eat smaller meals, avoid trigger foods including fats/hot sauce/coffee) lose weight, stop smoking, sleep with head elevated. A Dr can prescribe meds.

Don't be concerned: Restorations are not that large and the broken piece should pass without an issue. Have that broken tooth restored by a dentist to avoid further problems.

had ultrasound for gallbladder . results are numerous echogenic gallstones filling the bladder lumen .. wall is mildly thickened to 3.1 mm .. duct measures 3mm . i have pain in my upper stomach that is pretty constant .. could this be related ?

: Yes, Gallstones are a likely explanation for your symptoms. It would be prudent to consult your doctor to ascertain if you need to have your gallbladder removed.
