In what form : If it comes out in the form of stool, not undigested food, you are alright. If you are having diarrhea and wt loss that may mean you are not able to digest food properly and  that needs to be checked out.

Make sure..: Makes sure you eat your regular meals three times a day and get your snacks.If you exercise after not eating for many hours your blood sugar may go down too low and cause symptoms like these ones .The secret to a healthy living is not exercising a lot and starving; instead eating healthy and throughout the day and exercising at least 45 mins most days of the week. Drink plenty of water as well.

: The daily dose is required, but inquire about dividing the dose, and taking a PPI 30 minutes prior to the dose. A follow up in one month is recommended. Report respiratory symptoms and weight loss to your physician. Eat yogurt and reduce spicy foods. Please don't skip doses

You may need to be referred to Gastroenterologist for endoscopy &amp; more testing.
