Without more history: ...and a physical exam I can't answer your implied question.  You should see a health care practitioner. It doesn't have to be a gynecologist,  A family physician or a  physician's assistant can get the information they need and do a complete exam including a pelvic exam. There may be concern: For something called a pheochromocytoma or paraganglioma, which is an adrenaline producing tumor.  These can be life threatening and need to be treated, typically with surgery.  It is also possible for anxiety attacks to cause adrenaline rush symptoms.  You should talk to your doctor about your symptoms and concerns.

Try antacids: Get a liquid antacid like maalox or mylanta and follow the directions. You might also want to try diluting whatever it is irritating your stomach  with skim mild or water. Don't take any more Ibuprofen or advil (ibuprofen) which could irritate the stomach more. You may want to opt for the mild wings next time. If stomach pain and other symptoms don't resolve with antacid you need to talk to a doctor.

Food Poison vs Flu: You either have a reaction to food, or as we call it food poisoning or you have the stomach flu. In both cases these are short lived problems and often clear on their own.

Lets review your que: Do you have issues with heartburn/reflux/hiatal hernia?
You could be having an esophageal spasm/severe heartburn, or aggravated a gastric ulcer. A trial of antacids can be tried, also otc zantac (ranitidine) Pepcid can be tried. Avoid spicy foods. if symptoms persist more than 3x per week then I would follow up with your family doctor
