Dyspepsia : if symptoms have not improved, you will need to be seen and checked out for H-Pylori infection in stomach and if that is negative, then have your gallbladder checked with ultrasound and HIDA scan

Throat: Sounds like symptoms of acid reflux. You could try an OTC antacid like Zantac (ranitidine) if you are not pregnant. You should see a GI MD as well

Snoring?: If you sleep with someone else, ask them if you have recently begun snoring at night?  If so, that may make you feel like you're choking.  Also, have you gained weight lately?  That may also be a factor.  Lastly, you may be getting sick, and/or have a sub-clinical infection only manifesting at night in the form of a sore throat.

Neurologist: If the burning were restricted to the hand and wrist, nerve impingement at the wrist(carpal tunnel syndrome) would be suggested. However this would not explain leg burning sensation. A neurologist would be best to evaluate you and any appropriate tests will be ordered.
