Bloated ablation: If transient and no fever it probably will be fine. If your sore and bloating persisted or worsened definitely you should see your doctor immediately to rule out any unexpected complications secondary to ablation, rare but possible.

Those are questions: That you should ask your doc who did the novasure and your doc should have  told u what to expect post op, please call your doc , you can have discharge afterwards that is the drainage from the coagulated tissue but u should not be having cramping 1 week post op unless u are on your period.

i had an endometrial ablation and d&c 16 days ago and i have a very bad smelling discharge, severe back pain, feel bloated and gassy, headache nonstop. i don't feel right and i am out of town until next week. concerned about what's going on.

Get checked, NOW: You should be seen immediately. Go to an ER if necessary. You should not wait until you are back in town.  You may have an infection or internal damage and the sooner it is evaluated and treated the better.

Constipation vs . . : Stomach is just one organ in abdominal cavity. But if you're bloated, it may be due to constipation (which can happen despite regular stools), gastric outlet issues, gluten sensitivity & other food allergies. Try an elimination diet to determine if you have specific food intolerance. You didn't mention your gender but female organs can cause bloating. Check in w/your family physician for evaluatio.

Abdominal bloating: There are lots of reasons (some quite concerning) for abdominal discomfort & bloating, but not all of them are due to the GI tract. Also, "functional" syndromes may be present without underlying "disease."  check with your doctor for examination & treatment options, particularly since your problem seems to be ongoing.
