i have stomach ache, sore breasts and fatigue! i last ovulated 22nd february think i'm due on 13th march am i having early pregnancy signs?

Possible: If ovulated 2/22 should have next cycle 14days later.  The 13th would be very late and correlate to a 35day (28nl) day cycle.  If that is normal for you, you should be evaluated for anovulation.  Every luteal phase (last 14days) of the cycle should generate those "pregnancy signs" called moliminal symptoms.  Merely represents Progesterone effect and is perfectly normal.  Check a test at cd32.

i've been feeling dizzy lately. having stomach aches and back pains. i also have spottings.

what should i do? are these a signs of pregnancy?

Pregnancy worries?: A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), 1 week after missing a period, or 1 week after starting a "weird" period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and thus lead to a repeat test. If a woman gets her normal regular period, then she is not pregnant.

No: Abdominal pain has many possible causes. GI symptoms can occur with a viral gastroenteritis , H1N1 (swine flu) and it is more likely for a child to present with GI symptoms than an adult for classic influenza.

my wife just strtd taking minigynon 30, but she took her dosage an hour early last nite. she woke up feeling head and stomach ache, whats is wrong?

Flu or side effects: Taking a pill an hour early will not have a significant effect. Her other issues could be unrelated to pill or side effects which can include nausea, mood swings, bloating, breast tenderness, and on occasion, headache.  These symptoms usually go away in first few weeks.  Do not stop taking ocp unless symptoms are severe.  Discuss further with prescribing doctor

?: Depending on your age, smoking status and whether you drink alcohol and coffee, you may want to see your doctor. 6 months is a bit too long to wait and see if it goes away on its own.

Baby stomach ache: Usually an infant manifests abdominal pain by crying and tensing his/her abdomen. The most common causes are gas or colic, or constipation. So check the stools as this is very treatable. Baby stools should be soft and mushy. Colic should resolve by itsself in 6 to 12 weeks.

Needs evaluation: Since you are no longer taking birth control pills i doubt the pain is related to that. Abdominal pain is a vague symptom with many many causes. You will probably need to schedule a visit to try to determine what to do next.
