Scopes: Make sure that you have an upper and lower scope to make sure you digestive system is ok no ulcer or gastritis  or IBD next step get ultrasound to rule out gallbladder disease. You might have IBS but that will be determined after all the test come back negative

Dehydration/Flu: Please go to your doc. You may have the flu and if you keep loosing fluid you can get dehydrated.  There may be an easy fix so please follow up.

Tes: Viral Gateoenteritis can cause fevers, chills, nausea and vomiting. Usually resolves in its own, keep hydrated.

Cramps: if the cramps and loose stools came while on your cycle then this from a hormone called prostaglandin and is normal.  ibuprofen is and anti-prostaglandin and will help with the next cycle.

Could be H. pylori: Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) is a type of bacteria that can live in the stomach and can cause heartburn, stomach pain and other symptoms you describe.  H. pylori infection can lead to serious problems, such as stomach ulcers and even cancer, if it is not treated.  It can be detected by blood test and cured with antibiotics along with proton-pump inhibitors.

Fever stomachache: Go to ER  urgent care. High fever with stomach pain in a toddler should be evaluated .May be urine infection and need antibiotics  or may be appendicitis. Go to ER today

: Following a viral intestinal tract infection a transient case of irritable bowel syndrome including recurrent cramps can ensue. It's  common to go a few days without BMs if you had severe diarrhea for several days.  Diet should be soft solids now. Avoid ice cold liquids that can cause cramps. If steady abdominal pain,especially with associated tenderness, see your MD for evaluation &amp; advice.

Stomach virus: Usually those symptoms would be due to a virus.  You can try drinking clear liquids and eating a bland diet, free of greasy and spicy foods.  If that is not helping then see a doctor.

Yes: Reflux is less likely but stress can certainly cause stomach aches and diarrhea. It should last for days on end but be more momentary. If you are ill for more than a few days see a physician.
