Odd type of pain: Doesn't sound too concerning.  Sounds more like nerve type pain?  Hard to say from the description.  Seems like you have already seen a physician for this?  Would recommend establishing care with a primary care physician and having them work it up further.

Chest wall pain: Chest wall outside covering lungs inside covering chest wall = pleuracy. Not a serous problem. Most likely diagnosis.

Chest pain: Chest pain can be a symptom of heart disease but may be may other things such as esophageal spasms, respiratory disorders (asthma, COPD, bronchitis, infections), and muscle problems to name a few.  It really depends on the clinical situation and other symptoms you may be having. Pain that lasts a few seconds is not likely to be serious but you should get it evaluated by your doctor.

Less likely related: They are less likely to be related. You may have a post-concussive/traumatic headache. If the headache is accompanied by other symptoms (difficulty concentrating, irritability) then you might have post-concussion syndrome. Try it: if there is no anatomical reason for this~ I see you listed in your history that your docs said work up was "fine" then try  aspirin.  I see you are already on advil (ibuprofen) and naproxen.  Do Not take aspirin if you are still on these.  Read the dosage clearly listed on the aspirin container.  Hope pain gets better.

Need information: Stinging burning pain sounds like inflamed nerve, and if only on one side, could be a pinched nerve or early shingles (herpes zoster), but it is important to know if it is aggravated by breathing  or twisting or movement, if it causes shortness of breath, dizziness or lightheadedness, or it there are other associated symtpoms.
