Many possibilities: There are many possible causes, so you should see your Dr to help sort this out. Since breast’s are usually not the exact same size, your bra may be rubbing/irritating one nipple more than the other. Sometimes laundry detergent or soaps/shower gels can also irritate the nipples. If the soreness is only around the time of your menses, then it could be hormonal. Sometimes there can be an infection.

Something: If no injury and no rash (and no implants) this could be somewhat serious, especially if there is heat or redness or any thickening.  You should get it checked.

Fibrocystic breast: This is a benign inflammation of the breast.  However it could be something more serious so see your doctor for an examination and possibly a mammogram.

Dilated duct: Pain in breast tissue not common under 35 years of age.  All benign activity secondary to influence of hormone on breast tissue.  Under 30 hormones effect mammary tissue and produce fibroadenomas.  Over 30 there is a shift to affecting the mammary ducts which tend to block  near    nipple.  Resulting  backup of fluid in duct produces  cysts  with a site of tenderness. Dx sonogram may help .

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, and physical examination. If you have large breasts, it may be pulling on a nerve. Left breast usually hangs lower than right which may explain the symptoms in left breast only. You may wish to try a different bra that provides more support.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Fatigue &amp; pain: Both of these issues requires a MD visit and examination to determine causation and the need for treatment or not. Anemia or cardiovascular issues are one of the main causes of fatigue and shortness of breath.

Needs to be checked: At your age any pain in in left chest needs to be checked.It may be due to chest wall pain, due to gastro esophageal reflux, cardiac pain or from the lungs.
Only way we can say what it may be from by taking a detailed history, doing comprehensive physical exam and if indicated doing imaging tests, blood tests, ekg etc.
So get it checked by your doctor.

i have a localised rash on my left breast. it is itchy and sometimes stings. it has a small red dot in the middle.  it is circular/oval with about 2cm diameter. ?

Breast rash: May be fungal or bacterial . Rarely may be Paget's disease of breast especially if near nipple..Would follow up with  MD as may need treatment and or antibiotics.
