undiagnosed injury from a backpack vacuum in my upper back clavicle near t2. it's been a year and doctors have no answers. it's one pinpoint spot that stings and burns, makes me unable to turn head or move arm. mri, electromyography and xray normal.

See pain doc: Localized pain without x Ray findings can be a problem for the patient and practitioners  when cause is elusive. I suspect the real issue is from your cervical spine with pain referral. Get an x Ray with full flexion and extension views of c spine to look for ligamentous laxity. Get trial of local lidocaine injections (or buy 5% topical at pharmacy) to T2 area. Use neck bolster during sleep.

Hmmmm: Probably minor irritation of one of the digital nerves in your hand. Almost impossible to isolate or treat.

No: Colon spasm would cause cramping and possibly a change in your bowels or stooling. I cannot say why you have the stinging without additional information. Hope that helps.

Get it checked: Whatever it may or may not be, if it continues to hurt you should definitely get it examined by a physician. He or she may want to investigate further with a testicular ultrasound. No matter the outcome, you should be examining yourself regularly. Feel the whole surface of both testicles, looking especially for hard, "nodular" spots.

Biopsy needed: Get it checked out asap. You may need a biopsy to determine what it is.

Abdominal pains: Should be evaluated by a doctor if it does not resolve or if associated with nausea, vomiting, and fever.  There are many causes of pains but when you have the above, you could need surgery.

Tendinitis : Most likely tendinitis...rest, anti inflammatories then see ur doc if no better.  If due to a trauma get checked to make sure u don't have a tear
